Nine soft paste blue and white plates, Chenghua mark, 19/20th century, China, D ca. 23.3 cm, In Kangxi revival style, showing a Scholar and his servant. Marked with a six-character Chenghua mark within a double circle in underglaze blue. All plates with crazing, some discoloured. Two plates with definite hairlines although with some other plates the crazing lines on the edge look like hairlines. No chips and no restoration.
