Cast bronze zoomorphic amulet comprising an animal, perhaps a horse, shown in profile, with dual circular suspension loops, elongated head, short, curved tail and out-stretched legs. Animal amulets are common in Bronze Age cultures, as they might associate their owners with the positive natural qualities – strength and speed, for example – of wild beasts or the prestige of owning domesticated animals.
