提要：是书作者洪亮吉借群贤简牍，抉摘史籍异同，补苴纠正其疏漏而成此作，尤对永嘉后东晋史地的考证有较高学术价值。清人钱大昕称此书为“史家不可少之书”，并为之作序。又以陈寿《三国志》无志，遂取其纪传所载，参以《后汉书》、《晋书》诸志，互证旁通，正其讹失，撰为《补三国疆域志》。
