A stunningly beautiful antique Coiffe Limoges heart shaped bowl. This bowl has a heavily gold encrusted raised bead and scalloped rim and foot. The hand painted morning glory flowers and shaded green leaves have gorgeous colors and are finely detailed - please view all photos. What a wonderful piece to display! The bowl measures 10" x 9 1/2" x 2" high and is in wonderful condition with no loss to the decoration, no scratches, no wear to the gold. There is a tiny flake under the rim which you can see in the photo of the bowl turned ide down. This is mentioned for accuracy and we've adjust the price to account for this very minor imperfection. The bowl bears the mark of the Coiffe factory and was factory decorated. The mark dates this piece 1891-1914. Priority Mail ping.
