Featured as the centerpiece, is a large, Victorian bouquet filled with ballet pink, rich crimson and canary yellow, cabbage roses nestled in lush greenery, twisted vines and sharp thorns. This stunning, floral motif is elegantly framed with a highly ornate, radiant coin gold border. The remarkably talented artist, Mrs. D. Ahern proudly signed and dated her masterpiece on the front. Reversed is a Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot Limoges, France hallmark used between 1900 and 1941. This hand painted, artist signed and dated, antique French beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
