Ca. 800-700 BC.A gold finger ring composed of a banded agate bead set in a round-section hoop with each arm of the hoop embellished with gold wire coils. Elam was an ancient state with a federal structure, founded around 2400 BC in the territory of today's southwest Iran (Khuzestan province on the border with Iraq) and the mountain province of Lurestan.
