此织锦官补崭新未曾使用，没有了复杂的纹饰，瑞兽腾空飞翔，寓意“大清国通过变法改革一飞冲天”。这类造型的补子产生于一个特定的历史时期--百日维新，也就是通常历史上说的“戊戌变法”时期。光绪皇帝大刀阔斧的掀起了一阵改革之风，连官补的设计也不例外，改革以后的补子给人一种清新的感觉。此类官补因存世时间短，故而留存稀少，全新未用过的更是难得一见。
