此瓶为光绪时期较为典型的赏瓶样式，撇口，长颈，圆腹，肩部突棱一周，为清代赏瓶的标准造型。口沿及近底处分别装饰如意云头纹，变形莲瓣纹。肩部描金弦纹间绘缠枝莲纹寿字，其余周身满布蝴蝶，翩翩起舞。整器构图繁密，纹饰精美，赋色柔和，寓意吉祥。
赏瓶为赏赐之用，是雍正朝出现的一种新型瓷器品种，据《清档》（雍正记事杂录）载：“雍正八年十月奉命再将赏用瓷瓶烧造些来”，故称“赏瓶”。 品相：瓶身描金处有脱落
