A Chinese famille rose lotus flower planter and tray dating from the 19th century. Dimensions are: 6 1/4 inches tall X 7 inches wide; 15.9 cm tall X 17.8 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The tray is in good condition, the planter has 2 chips to the rim. Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Kwok Woon Kun; shipped to Canada in 1981; acquired in Hong Kong prior to 1969. Mr. Kwok Woon Kun was a shareholder of Wing On Company International Ltd, a well-known department store group in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
