The bell's body is decorated with two beaded lines and small vajras in between them. The centre part is decorated with lampions in the shape of makara faces and garlands, again small vajras used as a decoration above a beaded line. The handle of the bell has the shape of Buddha's head with a lotus-shaped crown. A four-pronged vajra tops the handle. The vajra coming with it is four-pronged with knob in the middle and lotus petals forming the middle with a beaded rim. The set comes with a case made of papier mâché painted in black with red symbols. Locks are also attached to the case.
