龚晴皋（1750-1825）名有融，字晴皋，号绥山樵子、拙老人、避俗老人、退溪等，四川巴县西里冷水场（今重庆市九龙坡区华岩镇）人，祖籍四川营山县城北木星庵，重庆古代历史上最杰出的本土艺术家。
