Song/Yuan DynastyFinely carved as a recumbent boy, lying in a relaxed posture wearing a short tunic, his head raised and his face rendered with a cheerful expression, holding between his outstretched arms a drum, the stone of even greenish-white tone with russet inclusions cleverly utilised to accentuate the forehead, box. 6cm (2 3/8) wide (2).
