敞口，长束颈，鼓腹，长曲流，对侧饰一把，圈足微撇，足际露胎，微泛火石红。壶带盖，圆拱穹顶，中心饰折枝菊纹，花蕊微凸，环饰圈草纹一周。壶通体施白釉，釉质肥厚莹润，色泽白中闪青，外壁以青花绘纹饰，构图繁密，层次丰满。自上而下，有四层纹饰，颈部蕉叶纹，肩部饰卷草纹一周，胫部莲瓣纹，腹部主体绘缠枝莲纹，莲花鲜妍盛放，枝蔓轻盈舒畅，纤巧柔美。整品器型隽永典雅，青花发色妍丽明快，沉静苍翠，画工运笔线条流畅，自然洒脱，纹饰优美，画意古雅，尽显元末明初青花瓷之时代风格，殊为难得。
