款识：“大明嘉靖年制”六字楷书款
笔杆形态优雅隽美，胎质洁白细密，杆首呈宝珠形，杆身中空，圆杆状，管口部呈蒜头。笔杆通施白釉为地，胎釉质感与本朝相符，绘画手法灵动笔意到位。以青花五彩绘纹饰，自上而下，顶饰朵花纹、莲瓣纹，杆身上部以青花署“大明嘉靖年制”六字楷书款，矾红铜钱锦地纹，中下部主体饰海水龙纹，五爪祥龙刚劲强健，气势凶猛，龙嘴大张，露齿吐舌，目光烔烔，鬃发倒披无风自动，腾飞于海浪之上，祥云之间。整品构图疏密有致，画意古拙，施彩浓艳华丽，制作精细，乃大明文房用具之珍品，极具收藏价值。
