款识：阴刻“大清嘉庆年制”六字三行篆书款
瓶口沿呈海棠形，颈部两侧饰贯耳，溜肩垂腹，腹部两面分饰凸起桃形，下承圈足。瓶通体施窑变釉，釉面莹亮温润，遍布开片，釉汁肥厚斑斓，流淌自然，灿若云霓霞光，凝重瑰丽。足际露胎，胎质细致，底抺褐色护胎釉，中部阴刻“大清嘉庆年制”六字三行篆书款，字体结构严谨，篆法工整。
窑变釉是以铜为着色剂的高温铜红釉，为唐英督理景德镇御窑厂时创烧的新品，因出窑时釉色变化莫测，独一无二，故称之为“窑变釉”，俗语有“窑变无双”之说。此贯耳瓶造型沉稳，静穆古朴、幽隽淡雅，完美保存至今，值得珍视。
