提要：钟质夫（1914-1994），字鸿毅，爱新觉罗氏，北京人，鲁美四老之一。自幼受父熏陶喜爱绘画，蒙黄宾虹、张大千指导，抗战后受聘于北平美专、北华美专为花鸟画讲师，与画友田世光、俞致贞一统活跃于画坛。其主张师法自然，所画花鸟形神兼备，有深厚的传统功力。
