提要：此墓志全称《唐赠尚书左仆射嗣曹王故妃荥阳郑氏墓志铭并叙》，张劝书，唐建中三年（782）刻。末行题“镌字匠马瞻”，马瞻为中唐时期著名墓志刻工，职位是内作将作官。是志书法爽朗凝重，字体不求一律，别具一格。志石曾归武进陶湘收藏。
