提要：万善桥原名双泉桥，位于现北京市石景山区，原桥始建于金代，为木桥，称双泉桥。专供金章宗皇帝来双泉寺避暑而修建的，木桥规模不大，而且低矮，沟中水大时会涨过桥面，成为漫水桥，后改建为石桥。此本即民国二十三年重修桥时所立章程。
