提要：集王圣教序，垂范千古，可谓中华第一名碑。是册棉纸重墨拓，册中“右”、“被拯”、“神情”、“高阳县”、“文林郞”诸字未损，字划秃瘦，尚未剜挖，是明末清初拓本。曾经叶止静、刘嘉桢递藏，尾有叶止静长跋。
1、叶奕(晚清民国),字子静、之静、止静,室名拥翠楼、群玉堂,明州(今宁波)人。收藏金石善本甚富。
2、刘嘉桢，天津碑帖收藏家，号旧三一斋，近年多见碑帖善本钤其藏印。
钤印：刘嘉桢收藏章、旧三一斋、嘉桢、刘嘉桢印、鄞县叶氏家藏、止静观过、拥翠楼、止静过眼云烟、叔言
题识：大唐后三藏圣教序……。后圣教序出自敦煌石室，归无畏居士。唐中宗垂拱纪元距今一千二百余年，纸墨如新，讵非奇迹，因模存之。
