提要：是碑全称《大唐皇帝等慈寺之碑》。碑石原在河南汜水（今荥阳县），现存于郑州博物馆，仅存四块。碑记唐太宗李世民破王世充窦建德后在战处建寺，超度阵亡将士之灵，颂扬战功事。碑文楷书，凡32行，行65字。书法规整俊秀，既有北碑遗意又初具唐楷风范。杨守敬赞其云：“结构全法魏人，而姿态横生，劲利异常，无一弱笔，堪与欧虞抗行”。此碑于建国初期遭到破坏，残石现存郑州博物馆。
