提要：是碑又名《汉池阳令张君碑》。此碑之大块发现于清道光间，先归端方，后归周季木收藏，现藏北京故宫博物院。最早考证此碑者为吴士鉴，认为是三国魏碑刻，定名“魏西乡侯兄残碑”，后周季木、杨树达、余嘉锡否定此说，杨、余考定碑文中的西乡侯为东汉桓帝时期的张敬，故定碑名为“汉池阳令张君碑”，已普遍被接受。隶书体，存字宛如新刻，书文刻字极有劲力，是汉碑代表作之一。拍品为清末民国旧拓软片一纸，浓墨精拓，字口清晰。
