提要：是为收藏家龚心铭清光绪十八年参加殿试，考中进士后刻印并赠与友人的考场试卷。试卷边框为朱色刷印，文字为墨色刷印；牌记刊有云龙图案，并有“钦命论疏诗题”字样。明黄蜡笺纸封面，楷体字上板，刊印颇精，书品完好。
龚心铭（1865-1938），字景张，号渠生，室名怀麓斋、周爰秦量之室，安徽合肥人。清光绪十五年（1889）举人，十八年（1892）进士，授翰林院编修，以庶常改职考取商部。广学会第一批华人会董，曾兴办铁路、煤炭等实业，晚年任上海阜丰面粉公司及汇昌机器制造公司总理。工书法，喜金石收藏鉴赏，以重金收得“商鞅量”（现藏上海博物馆）为后人称赞。
