提要：是书为清朝官方颁布的捐纳事例，书内详细标明各官职价格，流传较少。捐纳是一种卖官鬻爵的制度，始于秦代，至清朝遂成条例。清代的捐纳分为两种，一为暂行事例，捐例期满即停，主要是捐实职；另一为现行事例，主要是捐虚衔。筹饷事例则是为了镇压太平天国于咸丰元年开设以筹集军费。此书为研究清代捐官制度的一手资料。
