提要：是幢《八琼室金石补正》《金石萃编》《两浙金石志》皆有著录，原在江苏吴县，建于唐会昌二年（842）。八面刻，每面三行行十五字，经文之下有助缘人题名。首题“佛顶尊胜陀罗尼经”，下题“内有舍利二七粒”，为其他经幢所无。经文用行楷大字书写，字大如拳，书法清劲有力。此经幢拓本流传不广，国家图书馆藏有此幢整纸拓本，为铁琴铜剑楼旧藏。此册淡墨精拓，原装旧裱，品相上佳。
