提要：是书为道光在兹堂原版存世较少，光绪间著名的扫叶山房刻本，系据此本所刻。是书首镌牌记“列仙传/道光癸巳镌/在兹堂藏版”，次刻了几道人袁黄仙引序，目录端刻有在兹堂新镌绣像列仙传题名。书收列仙像五十余幅，镌法精妙，传群仙肃敖之气，每图后附文字介绍，字大醒目。此书是我国最早有系统的叙述神仙事迹的著作。
