拍品为清代御窑经典品种，始烧于乾隆时期，而后历代均有烧造。故宫博物院现存109张瓷器官样中，即有此一图样，是为清代宫廷品茗之佳器。
外壁装饰粉彩八吉祥纹，两两一组，扎饰各色结带；口沿及胫部分别装饰夔龙纹及如意云头纹各一周。整器釉面润泽，形制周正，绘画精细，宗教色彩鲜明，当为乾隆御窑佳品，成对流传，尤为难得。
