款识：大明宣德五年监督工部官臣吴邦佐造
此炉黄铜铸造，簋式造型，平滑侈口，束颈鼓腹，肩身饰两狮耳，狮首毫发毕现，凸目宽鼻，雕琢颇具力量感，为清代经典的铜炉耳式。整器外壁露原铜金辉，内膛修刻整饬，可见清晰的跳刀痕。
炉底承圈足，底心方框内减地阳文刻“大明宣德五年监督工部官臣吴邦佐造”十六字款。此类吴邦佐款，为追摹宣德五年铸造宣炉之事所铸，后代铸炉者多见署此款识者，别具意趣。
