此件冲天耳炉，形宽而势高。口沿圆润，唇口外侈，微束颈，圆鼓腹，顺势出三只粗壮的乳足。口沿上双耳挺括，线条丰硕。底部平滑，正中开框内刻“大明宣德年制”六字楷书款，字体朴拙。
此炉皮壳厚重莹润，色近于棠梨。器身包浆浑厚，置于案头，文人气息浓郁。
