洒蓝釉为明代宣德时创烧的一种低温釉，因浅蓝色地上遍散深蓝色点，犹如雪花隐露于蓝釉之中，如梦似幻，故又称为“雪花蓝”洒蓝釉在工艺上并不是简单的蘸釉，而是采用吹釉法，在烧成的白釉器上，以竹管蘸蓝釉汁水，吹于器表，形成厚薄不均、深浅不同的斑点，再上一层薄釉经高温还原焰烧成，若言瓷器来源于火的艺术。
