本品撇口，细颈，丰肩逐渐下收，圈足，因造型纤细似柳叶故有“柳叶瓶”之称;又因隽巧秀美宛如亭亭玉立之佳人，又称之为“美人肩”。上施豇豆红釉，极厚润莹亮，色调淡雅宜人，犹若桃花，娇嫩之美不可言喻，更于深浅变化之中予人感悟窑火神功之无限魅力。器底挖足其深，足底内所署楷书“大清康熙年制”。足外墙呈现一圈较宽的无釉涩胎，这是“柳叶瓶”显着的工艺特色之一。
