品相：人物右手掌有残缺，飘带有一处窑裂，猴子左脚掌有磕
此尊造像为福建德化窑制品，麻姑头绾发髻，发丝梳理整齐，面庞丰腴，双目宛若未开敷的莲苞，眼睑低垂，目光下敛，鼻若悬胆，樱桃小口。身着华裙，帛带飘动，左臂环抱方瓶，可做插香之用。身躯前倾，躬身立于六方台座之上，身旁灵猴单膝跪地，双手持捧寿桃，一幅“献寿”场景跃然眼前。
麻姑献寿为传统的祝寿题材，麻姑乃女寿佬，传说中麻姑曾“见东海三为桑田“，可见其寿岁之长。农历三月三日为王母寿辰，举行蟠桃盛会，麻姑特在绛珠河畔用灵芝酿酒，献给王母作贺礼，谓之“麻姑献寿”。
