印文：军持
题签：军持（瓶）谭瓶斋制 谭泽闿（1889—1948）湖南茶陵人。近代书法家。字祖同，号瓶斋，室名天随阁，谭延闿之弟。善书法，工行楷，师法翁同龢、何绍基、钱沣，上溯颜真卿。气格雄伟壮健，力度刚强，善榜书。 取法颜真卿，兼工汉隶。又善诗，能画。民国时南京“国民政府”牌匾即为其所书。上海、香港两家《文汇报》的报头即其所书。
此件鸡血石地子澄净明澈，血色艳丽饱满，娇艳欲滴，鲜红娇艳玉冰中，血形态流动丰富，如笔墨遇水晕染，颜色渐变且丰富自然，又如若动若静的浮云，瑰丽夺目，血地相溶，异常美丽，刻有篆书“军持”二字。
