铭文：炼霞女士哂讷，杨达邦敬赠。
盒上铭文：璧寿轩印社十珍印泥。 周炼霞（1908～2000），字紫宜，号螺川，书斋名“螺川诗屋”，1908年生于湖南湘潭，14岁始学画，先后师从尹和白鹤郑凝德，17岁起学诗，师从朱古微，后又从蒋梅笙学词。与吴湖帆唱和甚多，著有《嘤鸣诗集》、《学诗浅说》（与瞿蜕园合作）等。
说明：“壁寿轩”为上海老字号，经营者徐寒光擅长篆刻，精于印泥制作，与书划界人士结交广泛，为上海豫园善画会主持人之一。“十珍印泥”为徐寒光研制，颇有时誉。配原装木箱，上有杨达邦题赠周炼霞铭文。
