白玉质。玉质温润细腻，微泛玻璃光泽；椭圆状，圈部镂雕有瑞兽，正面中心部位浅剔阳雕“和合二仙”、“荷花”纹饰，背面阳雕“百年好合”字饰；雕工细致，线条古朴，工艺精湛；和合二仙又称“和合二圣”，即指寒山和拾德，他们都是唐代的高僧，后来演变为古代的神仙。他们手中一人执荷花，一人捧盒，盒盖稍微掀起，内有一群蝙蝠从盒内飞出。“荷”与“和”、“盒”与“合”同音，取和谐好合之意。
