和田玉质。玉质温润细腻，玻璃光泽，包浆厚重；器物局部有沁，在放大镜下可观察到赭褐色沁，沁色已深入肌理；两条鱼向反方向游动，相互依附，鱼身肥阔，鱼嘴微张，厚唇外凸，大圆眼，鱼鳞为阴刻斜方格纹，线条垂直，格纹不乱，鱼尾呈扇形，鱼鳍呈锯齿状纹饰；鱼身有一通孔，为系绳所用；雕工精湛，琢磨抛光细致；难得一件藏品。具有宋元时期风格。
