黄玉质，片状雕刻，双面工，局部受沁较重，呈褐红色。此玉璜纹饰极为特殊，左右为双龙首，龙首部位又雕饰凤首，玉璜中部阴刻饕餮纹。一件玉璜上集合了龙首、凤首、饕餮三组纹饰，这在玉璜作品中是极为少见的，甚至是个例。 玉璜雕琢精湛，镂雕、阴刻游刃有余，整体呈对称布局，中间顶部有圆孔，另两端凤首处亦有镂空。整器良材精工，纹饰特殊而精美，沁色自然古雅，值得宝藏。
