以整块白玉雕琢，浮雕透雕； 玉质洁白细腻，纯净莹润。观音头束发髻，面容清秀，双目低垂，表情沉静安详；衣着刻画自然飘逸，出色地突显流畅线条和优雅身段；衣袂轻扬，于不经意间显露出神采。面容安详，微合双目，如入物我两忘之境，澄明一片。两侧各有两个穿孔，或曾为一件装饰物。塑造极美，衣纹的处理繁复而华丽，将衣衫的质地、垂感等都很好地表现出来，为此像中的精彩部分。玉质优良，又经高超的雕琢，加之年份又好，题材又佳。
