款识：山楼择胜据田盘，俯览平皋蓟野宽。凝目陇头希麦稔，置身云表觉春寒。日烘杏艳含幽谷，风送松涛下远峦。对景凭栏仍望蜀，邪氛速靖万民安。癸亥闰中和月上澣，御题。
嘉庆皇帝，爱新觉罗·颙琰。清高宗乾隆帝第十五子，乾隆五十四年封嘉亲王，六十年为皇太子，次年正月受禅，改元嘉庆。尊高宗为太上皇帝，训政。四年亲政，其统治前期既有白莲教起义，后期鸦片开始输入中国，是清朝统治由盛而衰的转折点。卒谥仁宗睿皇帝。
