此尊佛像高肉髻，面形浑圆饱满，眼微闭，两眉拉长，间距较窄，直鼻小口，神情端严肃穆。躯体健壮饱满，袈裟从左肩斜披至右胸部，袒露右肩，衣着刻划逼真，轻薄贴体，柔软飘垂。右手作说法状，左手扶于膝部，结跏趺坐于莲台高座之上，座上搭敷披布，纹褶转折曲复，厚实立体。整尊造像身型略丰腴，面部特征、衣纹塑造均系唐代造像艺术之时代风格所在，鎏金保存较为完好，意蕴深厚，古韵十足。
