A pair of blue and white Chinese porcelain covered jars, Kangxi period, ca. 1700, China, Each pot (possibly intented to hold lumps of sugar candy) is similarly decorated featuring a panel with valuables on one side and florals in the other side. On a raised splayed foot, the pots with ornate side handles and a flattened cover with round knob. Not marked. H ca. 16 cm, A few small chips, mostly to the inside (underside) and edges of the lids.
