此瓶撇口，短直颈，溜肩，下逐渐收敛，器底下凹成圈足，瓶身两侧附有兽耳装饰，胎质坚密，通体釉层肥厚。通体以釉里红绘以飞鸣宿食图，四隻芦雁对称布局，或引颈高吭，或低首寻觅，或梳理羽毛，更有一隻展翅高鸣半空飞翔。大雁周围芦苇草叶交错排布，使画面丰富细密，繁而不乱。飞鸣宿食为传统吉祥题材，寓有安居乐业、天下太平之意，为清代宫廷绘画、瓷器及工艺品上经典纹饰。器物形制归整，釉里红呈色清新雅丽，白釉闪青，红白相映，图景自然生动，画工精美有佳，十分精彩。
