霁红釉是以铜为着色剂的高温釉品种，其烧造难度较大。道光年间龚洵在所编《景德镇陶歌》中称：官古窑成重霁红，最难全美费良工。霜天晴昼精心合，一样抟烧百不同。由此可见霁红釉器烧造之难。拍品内外壁满施霁红釉，釉面肥腴润泽，呈色均匀，为乾隆一朝霁红釉器之佳品。
款识：“大清乾隆年製”六字双行篆书款
