高14cm
罐唇口短颈，丰肩，腹下渐收，圈足，造形敦实。以青花作画，颈部一周祥云纹，肩部锦地开光，内绘折枝花卉纹。腹部海马奔腾其间，身姿矫健，姿态各异，神采昂扬。下部波涛汹涌，海浪飞腾。整器青花发色浓淡相宜，绘图自然流畅，纹样质朴粗犷，极富时代特征。
海马纹是嘉靖朝青花瓷中的经典形象，据考证，该纹饰当来源于帝王仪仗中的玉马旗，《元史·舆服二》载，“玉马旗，赤质，青火焰脚，绘白马，两膊有火焰”，元青花已有运用。
