① 邊款：光緒癸卯夏日為澹如先生撫漢人印即請教正 吳門星州 印文：滑川達印 ② 星州作於滬江 印文：澹如 徐新周（1853-1925）吳縣人。字星州、星周、星舟、心 周、星洲。齋堂為耦花盦、藕華盦、蕅華盦、陶製廬。精篆 刻，師吳昌碩，行刀衝切皆施，雄勁蒼渾，印文合大小篆於 一體，重書法意趣，神、形酷似缶廬，晚年遊大江南北，噪 聲印林。清末民初之間，達官貴人用印頗多為其手製。存世 有《耦花盦印存》。
