A set of nine Chinese blue and white sectional dishes dating from the 18th century. The dishes come in a wooden tray. Eight of the dishes are petal-shaped, and they fit around one octagonal dish. All the dishes feature a lone figure in a landscape scene. The petal dishes feature an additional bamboo motif on the exterior. Dimensions are: the octagonal dish measures 1 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches in diameter, 2.5 cm X 16.5 cm. The tray measures 1 3/4 inches tall X 17 1/2 inches from handle to handle, 4.4 cm X 44.4 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: All the dishes have significant chipping to the edges. One dish has one hairline to the rim. Some dishes have crazing.
