A Chinese coral-ground famille rose brushpot dating from the early 19th century. Each side of the square pot has a reticulated panel glazed turquoise surrounded by a coral red frame with gold-toned flower tracery. The interior and bottom of the brushpot are glazed turquoise. Dimensions are: 3 1/8 inches tall X 2 inches long X 2 inches wide, 7.9 cm X 5.1 cm X 5.1 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in overall good condition with glaze loss to the interior, edges, and corners. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
