The current example is a very early version with the suffix -63 which were delivered very early in 1964. The dial correctly does not have T on either side of Swiss Made as was the case with the examples first delivered in February and March before Omega adhered to new legislation. The current lot belonged to the vendor's father and has been in the same family since new.
