胭脂红釉是康熙时的创新品种，而此类外胭脂红内粉彩碗盘为雍正时期瓷器的经典品种。《明清瓷器鉴定》中有载：“一般常于器物外壁满吹此釉（胭脂水釉），器内白里无纹，或绘粉彩或珐琅彩人物（仕女、婴戏）、西洋的景致和妇女，或绘枝果与花生等，画工精致细腻。以杯、碟、盘、碗较多见……均为景德镇所制。” 拍品秀丽美艳，制作考究谨慎。盘外壁胭脂红釉明净透润，娇嫩欲滴，内壁白釉细腻光洁，上以粉彩绘折枝花卉图，整体典雅富丽，观之气韵隽逸，寓意吉祥富贵，极具心思，为胭脂红釉粉彩器之佳作。
