四臂觀音為藏傳佛教守護神，四臂分別表示四大法門「息（息法）、增（增法）、懷（懷法）、誅（誅法）」。此造像頭頂束葫蘆型高髮髻，額際佩戴三葉寶冠，主臂雙手合十於胸前，副雙臂結手印，雙目低垂，表情莊嚴慈悲，鑲綠松石與瑪瑙的瓔珞飾於胸前，結跏趺坐，蓮花座飽滿，上綴飾一圈連珠紋飾。造像金水飽滿濃厚，皮殼包漿溫潤。
