癭木，也寫作影木，產於遼東、山西、四川等地，是樹根部的結瘤或樹幹上的疤結。將癭木剖開後，會因樹種質地的不同而呈現獨特的花紋樣式。此茶承以癭木為材，切割過的片狀癭木經打磨呈扁平狀，正面循承盤週邊細磨做起線，紋理瑰麗，氣韻生動，作為茶承富有意趣。錫性喜涼，又無金屬之味，最適合製作日用茶具器皿。此錫壺承形為正八角形，牆垂直壺承底，錫胎氧化自然，顯得氣質素雅。底款：潮陽顏記
